Teleconsultation with a Family Physician

The teleconsultation brings the same longitudinal care of the office to wherever you are — at home, at work or while traveling. Telemedicine is regulated by the Federal Council of Medicine (CFM Resolution No. 2,314/2022) and, when properly indicated, offers the same quality of listening, clinical reasoning and care plan as the in-person consultation.

How it works

Scheduling is done through WhatsApp. At the appointed time, you receive a secure video call link — there is no need to install any special app, just a phone or computer with a camera and internet. The consultation has the same structure as in-person care: listening to your history, reviewing test results and medications, diagnostic reasoning and jointly building the care plan.

For which situations the teleconsultation is indicated

When in-person care is preferable

The first consultation, whenever possible, is in person — the complete physical examination is part of a good initial assessment. Important acute symptoms, such as chest pain, shortness of breath or warning signs, require in-person or emergency evaluation. During the teleconsultation, if I identify that your case calls for a physical examination, I recommend converting to in-person care or a home visit with no additional cost for reassessment.

Digital prescriptions, medical certificates and test requests

At the end of the teleconsultation, you receive prescriptions, medical certificates and test requests with a certified digital signature, valid at pharmacies and laboratories throughout Brazil. All care follows medical confidentiality and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), on a secure platform.
